University Research Supervisors and Generative AI

As a research degree supervisor, it is your duty to ensure that your postgraduate research students (PGRs) are well-informed about the University’s policies and regulations regarding the ethical and responsible use of AI in their research activities. Supervisors are expected to guide postgraduate researchers on the use of generative AI tools in their research, ensuring that they understand the limitations and appropriate applications of these tools.
