Behavioural Activation for Muslims

We have created a Behavioural Activation for Muslims eLearning package (opens in a new tab), which is a culturally sensitive version of behavioural activation therapy, adapted by Ghazala Mir and colleagues to address depression in Muslim communities by incorporating Islamic teachings and values. The therapy aims to improve well-being by motivating Muslim service users to engage in rewarding activities while respecting their faith.
Some content within this eLearning therapy uses standardised psychological assessment tools available in the appendices of the eLearning package which may be inaccessible to screen readers. Where possible, we have created accessible copies of these tools and diagrams used in the BA-M eLearning package, which are listed below.
